Immediately after the state-of-the-art Emirates football stadium was completed, this famous historic football stadium, home to Arsenal FC for many decades was converted into 780 apartments in 2000 by major large scale developers and main contractors. Our team works alongside estate management to keep the facilities maintained in both a pro-active and re-active way. We are regularly employed to carry out re-roofing, major external works and painting to the various grade II listed and modern 'stands' that remain in full occupation. Our most recent contract included the replacement of glass cladding, roofing & facade restorations.
