We undertake many fire, flood, structural and other peril related rehabilitation works. As a NHBC remedial works contractor, we are also regularly contracted to undertake various forms of remedial rectification works, including roofing, waterproofing, thermally insulating, facade repair and structural rebuilds.
We work with NHBC to uncover potential defects, assisting with both the building pathology in relation to a buildings performance and failings and the development of suitable remedial solutions. We see first-hand (at others expense) what can go wrong when schedules & specifications aren't followed correctly, designs are ignored and/or manufacturers recommendations aren't considered.
We have an enormous appreciation for details and the importance of doing the right thing (the correct construction task), in the right way (the correct construction method) and at the right time (the correct construction programme/sequence).
