External and Internal Refurbishment
We work in close and constant partnership with the management team of this prestigious residential development set in circa 8 acres of Chelsea that comprises 10 Freehold grade II listed houses and 320 serviced apartments. We were employed in 2010 to undertake major external and internal restorations and specifically requested to return again in 2017 for the same. We have also been engaged to refurbish apartments, leisure facilities and key freehold demises such as gutters, roofs and facades.
